Comments on the Nuclear Weapon States' decision to boycott the International Humanitarian Law conference in Oslo and the open-ended working group (OEWG) to advance multilateral nuclear disarmament negotiations for the achievement and maintenance of a world without nuclear weapons currently underway in Geneva.
